We Take Your Privacy Seriously
We take customer privacy very seriously and we guarantee never to sell, disclose or pass on your information or use it to send you anything outside the parameters of the services you have signed up for.
Every visitor to this website is tracked for statistic purposes and data such as IP address, browser version, screen resolution and ISP hostname is collected. This information is used for analysis of webstats, prevention of fraud and to help us help you better if you need support. This information is never made publicly available.
We never publish customer testimonials without seeking permission first. This will be done in the form of a personal email to ask whether we can use your comments on our website and promotional material.
During the order process we ask you to supply contact details such as their name, address, email and phone number. This information is used so that we may contact customers in line with the services we provide.
All payments are processed using SSL encryption between our systems and those of our processing partner SagePay. Whilst the essential detail of each payment is recorded for auditing purposes, we do not store any sensitive card information online or offline that could be used to make a future payment. We do not store CVV numbers of any kind.
Emails and Newsletters
We do not operate a regular newsletter but, as and when needed, we will send you email announcements regarding any scheduled maintenance or matters affecting the service we provide, including company news and information.
All customer information is kept in a secure database online with the necessary server protection measures in place. Some printed information, including invoices, may be stored offline as part of our accounting process.
