Whilst the essential detail of each payment is recorded for auditing purposes, we do not store any sensitive card information online or offline that could be used to make a future payment. We do not store CVV numbers of any kind.

We do not operate a regular newsletter but, as and when needed, we will send you email announcements regarding any scheduled maintenance or matters affecting the service we provide, including company news and information.
